Mental health resources

We recognize that the journey of mental health extends beyond the time and resources available in your appointments. To support you along this path, we have compiled a selection of self-help resources that we believe can be beneficial. It is important to remember, however, that these resources are not a replacement for professional assistance in emergency or life-threatening situations. Your well-being is our priority, and we encourage you to reach out for immediate help if needed.

If you’re in crisis, please either present to the nearest Emergency Department or phone Emergency Services on 000. Alternatively, you may choose to contact the Queensland Health Acute Care Team (Mental Health Crisis Line) on 1300 642 255 or contact your regular treating GP.
